Bluder, Stuelke Discuss Future Plans

Iowa Hawkeyes head coach Lisa Bluder and sophomore guard Hannah Stuelke met with the media on Tuesday to discuss their future plans. Bluder announced her retirement from coaching, while Stuelke declared her intention to transfer from the program.
Bluder, who has coached the Hawkeyes for 22 seasons, led Iowa to 10 NCAA Tournaments, including two Final Four appearances. She also won four Big Ten Conference championships and was named Big Ten Coach of the Year four times.
Stuelke, a native of Grand Island, Nebraska, played in 62 games for the Hawkeyes over the past two seasons. She averaged 3.9 points and 2.5 rebounds per game.
In their media session, Bluder and Stuelke thanked their teammates, coaches, and fans for their support. They also expressed their excitement for the future.
